I currently serve APNTS as director of the Master of Divinity. During my employment, I have served in a variety of other administrative roles.

I have supervised Master of Science in Theology theses for four biblical studies students from four different countries. I have also served as external examiner for doctoral dissertations at Asia Graduate School of Theology and the Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies.
